Today was Right Choice Day. We came to school dressed as animal. We showed our parents or groovy costumes at the parade. We walked down the cat walk like our animal. Alex and Eva got a prize for best dressed animal in Room 21. Eva was a beautiful butterfly and Alex was a slow turtle. Jessica liked Alex's shell because it was made from a washing basket.

Mr Sharp, Mrs Hagan and some parents painted our faces. We also made some animals masks in Room 15. In Room 20 we made biscuits and watched Hairy Maclairy. In Room 21 we watched funny animal videos. We also drew some interesting animals.

At fruit time Harold arrived on a trailer. Mr Sharp was pulling Harold along on his quad bike. We got very excited!!! We finished right choice day with a shared lunch - yum yum!

Red Hat Thinking - What did you enjoy the most?

'I enjoyed making the biscuits - I made a rhino buscuit.' Levi

'I enjoyed seeing Harold.' Terry-Lee

'I enjoyed having a shared lunch.' Caitlyn

'I really enjoyed seeing the creative costumes!' Well done parents!

  1. Parents of Room 21, I am so proud of the effort that went into costuming for our animal day. The children were really enthusiastic in participating in our animal activities. Also, thankyou to all the parents that came and helped out on the day:D

  2. This was really fun to come and see. Jessica really loved dressing up to go to school. She wouldn't take her bumblebee costume off, she tried to wear it to bed!
